Who is VBS Construction?

Restoration, Remodeling, General Contracting, Residential, Commercial, the list goes on and on. But who is VBS really?

We are the ones who carry you through the tough times when unfortunate disasters happen. Whether they are from a flood, fire, vandalism or any other catastrophe, they are often unavoidable, but they do occur. When something of this magnitude happens, it shakes us down to our very core.

Now what does that mean to us?

Here at VBS it is our ‘job’ to restore a home to pre-loss conditions, but what we are actually doing is so much more important than that. We are re-building people’s security. For most people, home is their sanctuary. Home is where they raise their families, where they come to after a long day at the office, where they rest and rejuvenate. So when a pipe bursts and floods their home, or a fire burns through their most valued possession, they are lost. Our most important ‘job’ is to bring their home back to them. Sometimes it is with a few new coats of paint, and other times it is by rebuilding their home from the foundation up.

For these reasons, we have immediate response with a professional skilled staff that really and truly cares about the needs and concerns of home owners. We do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it, and in a satisfactory manner. We expect excellence in everything that we do and we never stop trying to better ourselves.

Our emphasis is on customer care and support through our 24 hour on call manager and now with the addition of Twitter and Facebook accounts, someone can be reached virtually any second of the day.

Serving the valley for over 21 years, we are ready to work with insurance adjustors, architects, engineers, and direct with home owners. No job is too big or small. So when someone really looks at us, VBS is more than just a construction company. We are a people company. Here for the people of Arizona and for the community at large.
